Our Milestones

1991

The M&R Group of companies was founded in Muar, in 1991.

2010

In the 2000s, we focused on advancing our tool and die machining services, gaining expertise in tool design, and earning a reputation for exceptional quality and precision.

During the 2010s, we expanded into equipment component machining and module assembly, serving industries like oil and gas, aerospace, and medical sectors. We also established an in-house coating facility for increased efficiency.

2020

In 2020, we entered the front-end equipment manufacturing sector for semiconductors, building an integrated manufacturing facility with advanced technologies and skilled workforce.

By 2022, we ventured into contract manufacturing, kitting, and spares, embracing Industry 4.0 principles, and establishing a Cleanroom 1K facility to ensure quality.

2023-2025

From 2023 to 2025, we underwent ambitious expansion, building a new factory in Pagoh with high-end CNC milling machines. Additionally, we established a dedicated centre `with state-of-the-art 5-axis machines to enhance complex machining capabilities.
