Job Descriptions
  • Quality Assurance: Implement and manage quality assurance processes to ensure that products meet or exceed customer expectations.

Requirement
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.

  • Strong understanding of quality control methodologies, statistical analysis, and process improvement tools (Six Sigma, Lean, CMM, etc.).

  • Responsible for coordinating the process and production team to continuously improve manufacturing process.
  • Tracking and close monitoring of process input and output parameter & trouble shooting for any abnormal issue.

    Job Descriptions
    • Prepare daily/weekly/monthly production schedules based on customer orders and demand.
    • Plan production according to machine capacity, manpower, materials and production lead time.
    • Check raw material availability and coordinate with Purchasing/Warehouse for shortages.
    • Monitor production progress and ensure orders are completed according to schedule.
    • Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, Purchasing, QA/QC, Engineering and Sales.
    • Update production schedules when there are changes in customer requirements or production issues.
    • Monitor WIP (Work in Progress), finished goods and inventory levels.
    • Follow up on material shortages, machine breakdowns and production delays.
    • Prepare planning reports and monitor production KPIs.
    • Identify production bottlenecks and assist in improving production flow.
    • Maintain planning data in ERP/MRP systems.
    • Ensure production plans support on-time delivery (OTD).
    Requiremnets

      • Operate and set up CNC or conventional machines such as milling, turning/lathe, grinding, etc.
      • Read and understand engineering drawings, specifications and work instructions.
      • Set up machines, tools, fixtures and workpieces according to production requirements.
      • Perform machining operations according to required dimensions and tolerances.
      • Use measuring instruments such as vernier caliper, micrometer, height gauge and gauges.
      • Conduct in-process inspection and ensure parts meet quality requirements.
      • Adjust machine settings and cutting parameters when required.
