Job Descriptions
  • Programming and Setup: Write and edit CNC programs. Set up and calibrate CNC machines to ensure proper functionality.
  • Machine Operation: Operate CNC machines to produce precision components according to engineering drawings and quality standards.
  • Quality Control: Perform quality checks on completed parts using precision measuring instruments. Make necessary adjustments to ensure compliance with specifications.
  • Troubleshooting: Identify and troubleshoot issues with CNC machines, making adjustments and repairs as needed to maintain optimal performance.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with team members, including engineers and production staff, to ensure efficient and timely production processes.
  • Safety: Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to create a safe working environment.
Requirement
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Vocational or technical training in CNC machining.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in CNC machining.
  • Proven experience as a CNC Machinist or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of engineering drawings and specifications.
  • knowledge of precision measuring instruments.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and perform routine maintenance on CNC machines.
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
