Job Descriptions
- Responsible for coordinating the process and production team to continuously improve manufacturing process.
- Tracking and close monitoring of process input and output parameter & trouble shooting for any abnormal issue.
- Support and lead continuous improvement, problem solving and process improvement activities
- Provide training to production on standard operating procedures and operation conditions.
- Lead the technician to perform and ensure the process smooth in production.
- Develops, documents, and enforces standard operating procedures and process description.
- Document manufacturing instructions, control plan and methods to maintain highest product and process quality.
Requirement
- Candidate must possess Bachelor Degree, Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Chemical), Engineering (Industrial), Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical) or equivalent.
- Strong problem-solving skills and logical approach.
- Self-motivated, flexible, proactive and committed.
- 2- 3 years working experience in relevant manufacturing environment
