Job Descriptions
  • Transportation: Safely and efficiently transport the employer and/or family members to and from destinations, including meetings, appointments, and events.
  • Route Planning: Plan and select the most efficient and timely routes to ensure on-time arrivals.
  • Vehicle Maintenance: Regularly inspect and maintain the assigned vehicle, including fuelling, oil changes, and cleanliness.
  • Security and Confidentiality: Exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality regarding the employer’s schedule, destinations, and personal information.
  • Communication: Maintain open and clear communication with the employer to understand their preferences, schedule changes, and any specific requirements.
  • Adherence to Regulations: Follow all traffic laws, regulations, and safety standards to ensure the safety of passengers and others on the road.
  • Flexibility: Be adaptable to changes in schedule and be willing to work evenings, weekends, and occasional holidays as required.
Requirement
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience as a personal or executive driver is preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Personal Driver or similar role.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Familiarity with local traffic patterns and routes.
  • Excellent navigation and organizational skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Punctuality and reliability.
