- To inspect raw material strictly according to inspection standards
- Fill in the inspection report according to the inspection record.
- Report of non-conformance material
- Identification of incoming material with IQC stamp
- Responsible for signing and receiving the inspection report of the store material staff.
- Responsible to purge and rechecking store stock condition upon material quality problems complained by the production assembly line.
- Ensure supplier inspection report/ CoC and filing.
Requirement
- Minimum SPM equivalent
- Monitor process and operation compliance with relevant procedures and standards including 5s.
- Verify critical parameter compliance
- Monitor to ensure process and quality controls are being used and followed in accordance with specifications
- Record non-conformances and provide timely feedback to relevant department leaders
