Quality Control: Develop and implement effective quality control plans, conduct inspections, and collaborate with production teams to address quality issues in real-time.
Root Cause Analysis: Perform root cause analysis for quality issues, implement corrective actions, and prevent recurrence.
Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive quality documentation, including inspection procedures, work instructions, and quality records.
Supplier Quality Management: Collaborate with suppliers to ensure the quality of incoming materials, conduct supplier audits, and address quality concerns.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including production, engineering, and supply chain, to drive a culture of quality throughout the organization.
Training: Provide training to employees on quality standards, processes, and best practices.
Requirement
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
Previous experience related to Quality Assurance is preferred.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a quality engineering role within precision engineering.
Strong understanding of quality control methodologies, statistical analysis, and process improvement tools (Six Sigma, Lean, CMM, etc.).
Knowledge of industry-specific quality standards and regulations.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Proficient in using quality management software/tools.
